This register shows which serial emails a partner or contact person was included in - including sending and possible errors.
Partner Register Bulk Emails
This register shows which mass emails a partner or contact person was included in - including sending and possible errors. The prerequisite is that the emails were sent via the email module integrated in X-ERP. X-ERP can only assign emails to the partner from email addresses that have been recorded in the Address tab or the Contact person tab.
Read-only values and evaluation fields are taken from master data, documents or financial postings.
Columns
- Mass email: Name of the campaign or broadcast.
- Subject: Subject line of the email sent.
- Contact person: Selected contact person.
- Email address: Recipient address actually used.
- Selected: Shows whether the data record was intended to be sent.
- Sent: shipping time; empty if no shipping took place.
- Error: Error message if the message was not processed successfully.
Work safely
For entries that have not been sent, first check the selection, blocking, email address and then the specific error message.
