Catalog numbers connect your item number with the customer or supplier number. This means that both sides are talking about the same item, even if the names are different.
Partner register catalog numbers
Catalog numbers connect your item number with the customer or supplier number. This means that both sides are talking about the same item, even if the names are different.
Only change information whose technical impact you know. Read-only values and evaluation fields are taken from master data, documents or financial postings.
The catalog number is important when importing e-invoices. So that the supplier's item number can be easily assigned to the item number in X-ERP, the supplier's item number must be stored as a catalog number.
Fields
- item: Internal X-ERP item to which the external number applies.
- Catalog number: Partner-related item or order number.
- Active: Controls whether the mapping can be used regularly.
