The Items tab turns a warehouse into a verifiable inventory: You can see which item is where, what is physically present, already packed or immediately available and what inventory limits apply.
“Stock”, “Packed” and “Now Available” are movement and calculation values. Do not correct them mentally in this list, but rather via the intended receipt, inventory or storage process.
Classification
- Warehouse name (read-only): Shows the currently open warehouse and protects against accidental assignment to the wrong warehouse.
- Storage location: Specific space within the warehouse, if the warehouse works with storage bins.
- item: Item number or item reference of the inventory line.
Quantities and limits
- Stock: Physically posted quantity of the item in this warehouse line.
- Packed: Quantity that has already been packed for a process and is therefore no longer freely available.
- Now available: Currently freely usable quantity after taking into account the posted or reserved effect.
- Minimum stock: Lower target stock that can be taken into account when determining requirements.
- Reporting threshold: Threshold below which procurement needs should become apparent.
- Maximum stock: Upper target stock for replenishment and inventory planning.
- New: Creates an additional item/warehouse or storage bin assignment; This does not replace existing movements; only threshold values can be recorded.
Work safely
Filter for the desired item, check stock, packed and available quantities together and only change the planned stock limits.
