The change log preserves previous data statuses. It not only shows that something was changed, but also what address, block or condition was in effect at that time.

Partner history

  • Matchcode / Name 1 / Name 2: Historical identification of the partner.
  • Partner group / location: Organizational assignment valid at the time.
  • Address and communication: Historical address, telephone, email and web information.
  • Private person / language: The type of partner and language that was valid at the time.
  • Roles, Active, Favorite and Block: Historical status and process control.
  • GLN / EORI / tax number / keyword: Historical identification values.
  • Created / Modified / Modification time: Time and responsible user of the data status.

Customer and supplier history

  • Number / Own number / Partner type: Historical customer or supplier assignment.
  • Terms of payment and delivery: Standard commercial values that were valid at the time.
  • Financial group / cost center: Historical financial allocation.
  • Default contacts and addresses: Contact, delivery and billing details suggested at the time.
  • Discount group / price list / document discount: Historical conditions.
  • Credit limit / dunning block: Historical receivables management.
