The Documents tab bundles the document history of a project. Instead of searching individual areas, you see processes, partners, statuses and values in the common project context.
All documents are displayed that are listed in the Doc Details (see Document > Doc Details > Project) the called project has been assigned.
A document only appears reliably in the project if the project assignment in the document is set correctly. If there are missing entries, first check the original document.
Fields
- Document type tree: Filters the list by document type.
- Doc: Document number and direct reference to the process.
- Doc type: Document type, for example offer, order, purchase order or invoice.
- Partner number: Business partner number of the document.
- Match code: Partner's search term; can open the associated partner.
- Doc date: Document date of the transaction.
- Your receipt: Customer or supplier reference number.
- Delivery date: Planned or agreed delivery date.
- Net: Net total of the document.
- Status: Current processing status of the document.
Work safely
Select the relevant document type, search by document number or partner and open the original document.
