Extra fields expand the item with exactly the information your company needs. Field name, order and meaning come from your configuration.

Extra fields expand the item with exactly the information your company needs. Field name, order and meaning come from your configuration.

Only change information whose technical impact you know. Read-only values ​​and evaluation fields are taken from master data, documents or financial postings.

Possible field types

  • Yes/No: Checkbox for a binary property.
  • Short text: Single-line, freely defined information.
  • Long text / XML: Multi-line or structured content.
  • Decimal / Integer: Additional numerical information.
  • Date/date and time: Calendar date or exact time.
  • GUID: Technical unique identifier; mostly read-only.
  • Image/File: Binary content via the image or file component.
  • Linked table: Selecting a record from a configured table.
  • Read-only: Field released by the customizer for display only.

Work safely

Maintain extra fields according to the company's own work instructions and check whether they influence filters, automations or evaluations.
