CRM basics

The CRM basics show how contacts are prepared, conversations are documented and binding follow-up activities are planned.

Your quick start

  • Open the desktop CRM.

CRM - Register Overview

  • Resubmission: Date for the next contact or test step.
  • Status: Current CRM processing status.
  • Subject: Short, concrete description of the opportunity or task.
  • Phone 1 / Email / Homepage: Quick access to partner communication data.
  • Contact person: Person to whom the CRM activity is associated; Telephone and email are displayed for checking.
  • CRM group: Assigns the process to a business CRM group (see CRM > Settings > CRM Groups).
  • Employees: Internal responsible person.
  • Active/Favorite: Controls usability and prominence.
  • Opportunity: Evaluation value or scope of the sales opportunity.
  • Probability %: Assessment of how likely a successful outcome is.
  • Description: Formatted notes about the situation, needs and next steps.

CRM - Activities tab

  • Type: Type of activity, such as a call, appointment or task (see CRM > Settings > CRM Activity Type).
  • Subject: Short description of the activity.
  • Contact person: Assigned contact person.
  • Creation date: Time of capture.
  • Created by: User who created the activity.

CRM - Register Email

  • The Email tab contains an overview of email communication with the partner. The prerequisite is that the emails were sent or received via the email module integrated in X-ERP. X-ERP can only assign emails to the partner from email addresses that have been recorded in the Address tab or the Contact person tab of the partner master data.

CRM - Register serial emails

  • In this tab you get an overview of all series emails sent to the partner. (see Email > Settings > Serial emails)

CRM - Register Sales

  • The sales register condenses the partner's movement data into a quick time series. This makes the season, growth and unusual months visible.

CRM - Doc list register

  • The doc list contains a list of all of the partner's documents created in X-ERP.

CRM - Position list tab

  • The item list goes one level deeper than the document list. It shows which items the partner actually requested, purchased or received. Document number and partner are designed as navigation and lead directly to the associated data record.
