The email register makes communication traceable. Sent and received messages about your partner can be searched for and opened centrally. The prerequisite is that the emails were sent or received via the email module integrated in X-ERP. X-ERP can only assign emails to the partner from email addresses that have been recorded in the Address tab or the Contact person tab.
Read-only values and evaluation fields are taken from master data, documents or financial postings.

Filter by subject or time period, open the relevant message and review sensitive content and attachments before forwarding.
