Output control

Output control assigns reports, output channels, language and recipient rules to the respective documents and partners.

You can reach the area via Administration > Output Initialization.

Output format

-Output format: Opens the partner-specific specifications for document expenses. For each document, determine individually how the document should be delivered to the recipient and in what form it will be archived. By default, these settings are permanently defined for each document type (see Administration > Master data initialization > Document chain). They can be edited for the individual partner in the Customer details / supplier details in the partner master data.

Doc chain

• X-ERP offers flexible options for designing the document chain and can be adapted to the processes of your company.

Email templates

• Create email templates to send documents from X-ERP quickly and easily.

Then check

• Master data, status and responsibility are complete and plausible.
• The change is saved and can be found again via search or list.
• The adjacent process accepts the data as expected.

Avoid typical mistakes

Leave Output control not immediately after an entry. Save consciously and then check whether the expected result is visible.
