Doc register field service

The field service register turns a document into a plannable operation. Person responsible, start, end, progress and duration create a common view for planning and execution.

Start and end are saved as points in time. Be sure to check your time zone, planned duration, and progress carefully before other employees start working with Gantt planning.

Mission control

• Field service status: Current technical status of the operation.
• Field service manager: Employee responsible for coordination and queries.
• Plan duration (hours): Estimated time required for the operation.
• Progress %: percentage processing level
• Start: Planned or actual start with time.
• End: Planned or actual end with time.
• Duration (hours, read-only): Duration calculated from start and end.
• Field service Gantt: Opens the scheduling of all field service operations.

Work safely

Assign status and responsible persons, maintain start, end and planned times and control the calculated duration in the Gantt view.
