SmartPool is the inbox for new or not yet fully assigned documents and supports structured further processing.

Your quick start

• Open SmartPool at the top of the toolbar.
• Upload a document.
• In the Overview The document is displayed visually with the current version. Assign a keyword to make it easier to find.
• The details provide information about the time of capture and the name of the document.
• Linked entities: Assign an item, partner, doc or doc type to the entry.
• Approval: Grant approval or block the entry.
• Versions saves older versions of the document.
• Duplicates: Display files with the same content.

That's what matters

Don't leave documents lying around forever unexplained. Check readability, duplicates, type and technical target relevance.
