Desktop menu

The desktop menu brings together the central areas of X-ERP.

Structure from left to right

• At the top left you will find the link to the X-ERP website.
• Start screen is the home desktop.
• Adjacent you will find all desktops such as email, calendar, intercom, storage, production, service, CRM, finance, sales, purchasing, management and administration.
• In the drop zone you can drag and drop files so that they can be accessed by every user.
• The AI assistant Xmiley answers spoken or written questions
• The multiple monitor function clearly distributes the X-ERP work areas across multiple screens.
• You can use the help button to get context-related help for the currently displayed area.
• The language selector changes the language as well as regional number and date formats - only for the logged in user.
• The user information states the logged in user and the associated details.
• The version information shows you the currently used X-ERP version.
• You can safely log out of X-ERP using the log-out button.
