The X-ERP Wiki serves to collectively collect and provide important technical information, instructions and documentation. It helps to store data in a structured and easily accessible manner. The wiki promotes knowledge transfer and ensures that team members can access the information they need at any time. In this way, knowledge is organized efficiently and centrally and provides a contact point for all questions and answers.

Your quick start

  • Open Wiki on the home desktop.

Overview

  • Category: Create categories for structuring. (see Management > Settings > Wiki Categories)
  • Subject: Enter a meaningful subject.
  • Status: The entry is assigned an appropriate status. (see Management > Settings > Wiki status)
  • Author: Employee providing the information.
  • Comment:

Mark accountability and timeliness. Outdated knowledge is more dangerous than an identifiable gap.
