This register assigns the required resources to an item created as a production step. It describes capacity, duration, costs and, if necessary, dynamic calculation formulas.

This register assigns the required resources to an item created as a production step. It describes capacity, duration, costs and, if necessary, dynamic calculation formulas.

Information marked “read-only” or “automatic” is for informational purposes. They are defined elsewhere or calculated from transaction data.

Overview

  • Position: Sequence of the resource in the production step.
  • Resource: Assigned person, machine or other capacity.
  • Resource group: Technical group of the resource for selection and planning.
  • Quantity per cycle: Required number or capacity amount of the resource per cycle.
  • Seconds per cycle: Basic value of the time required per cycle.
  • Minutes per cycle: Automatically converted and alternatively changeable representation of the basic time value.
  • Hours per cycle: Automatically converted and alternatively changeable representation of the basic time value.
  • Days per cycle: Automatically converted and alternatively changeable representation of the basic time value.
  • Default: Identifies the default resource for this production step.

Prices

  • Price unit: Reference quantity for the cost information.
  • Cost per cycle: Variable resource costs per cycle.
  • Setup costs: One-time costs for setting up the production step.
  • Pricing formula: Optional formula to dynamically calculate costs.
  • Insert switch variable: Choose a variable as the pricing formula.
