Line item list

Position list tab

The item list shows all normal document items in which the current item was used. Document number and partner are designed as navigation and lead directly to the associated data record.

Information marked “read-only” or “automatic” is for informational purposes. They are defined elsewhere or calculated from transaction data.

Columns

• Doc date: Date of receipt.
• Doc number: document number; opens the corresponding document.
• Partners: Customer or supplier match code; opens the partner.
• Number: Partner's business partner number.
• Quantity: Original position quantity.
• Quantity open: Quantity not yet completely completed or transferred.
• Price: Price per price unit of the item.
• Total price: Price value of the entire position.
• Stock status: Technical storage status of the item, for example confirmed or packed.
• Storage quantity: Quantity with which the item is effective in inventory.
• Sales: Sales-effective amount of the item.
• Winning amount: Absolute gross profit or profit of the position.
• Profit percentage: Profit share of the position in percent.
