Options
Options control how X-ERP addresses the partner, where it is managed organizationally and in which processes it may be used.
Partner tab options
Options control how X-ERP addresses the partner, where it is managed organizationally and in which processes it may be used.
Only change information whose technical impact you know. Read-only values and evaluation fields are taken from master data, documents or financial postings.
Advanced address and identification
- Name 3 / Name 4 / Name 5: Additional name lines for long company names or additional organizational information.
- PO box zip code: Postal code of a different PO box address.
- PO Box Location: Location of the PO box address.
- PO Box Country: Country of PO Box address.
- GLN: Global location number for clear electronic data exchange.
- EORI: Customs registration number for economic operators.
- Keyword: Additional search or classification term.
Status, roles and bans
- Guest: Indicates a guest role for corresponding released functions.
- Author: Identifies the authoring partner.
- Publisher: Indicates the partner for editorial or publisher functions.
- Active: Controls regular usability. Deactivate partners that are no longer needed.
- Favorite: Highlights the partner in favorite-related searches and views.
- Delivery block: Depending on the process, warns or prevents delivery to the partner.
- Call blocking: Indicates that the partner should not be contacted by telephone.
- Email blocking: Indicates that no regular emails or campaigns should be sent.
- Duplicate protection: Supports avoiding multiple partner records created.
- Message: Enables the use of the desktop button for the partner Bulletins on the home desktop.
- Wiki: Enables the use of the desktop button for the partner Wiki on the home desktop.
- CRM: Identification that the partner is also managed in the program's internal CRM.
Work safely
Before activating a role, check the required permissions. Blocks should be checked regularly and deliberately lifted if the reason no longer exists.
