The trial balance shows the beginning balance, debit and credit movements as well as the ending balance of the selected accounts for a period range.

That's what you use this page for

• From and to periods define the evaluation range.
• Hide zero balances reduces the list to accounts with movement or inventory.
• G/L accounts, customers and suppliers can be included or excluded separately.
• The preview creates the auditable account overview.

Safe process

1. Select From and To period of the same fiscal year.
2. Decide on general ledger, customer and supplier accounts as well as zero balances.
3. Generate the preview.
4. Track suspicious balances via the account sheet and accounting journal.

Then check

• Account selection and period range match the question; conspicuous final balances have been clarified.
