Intercom
Intercom enables short internal messages in the work context and speeds up queries between employees.
Intercom
Intercom is internal company communication that is separate from “normal” email traffic. There is only one entry per task. Both the task creator and the task recipient can edit the intercom task and change the status at any time.
Your quick start
- Open the desktop Intercom.
Intercom list
- Checked: Once an intercom message the transmitter status Checked the message will no longer be displayed in the overview. Activate the checkbox to view the checked messages.
- Canceled: If an intercom message the transmitter status Aborted the message will no longer be displayed in the overview unless the checkbox is set.
Overview
- Job number: ID assigned by the system.
Recipient data
- Private: If the checkbox is checked, the message can only be read by the creator and the recipient.
- Recipient: Employee who receives the message.
- Sender status: The creator assigns a current status to the message. This status can be adjusted by the creator as the message is processed. (see Intercom > Settings > Transmitter status)
- Deadline: Assign a priority
- Prior: (see Intercom > Settings > Intercom Prios)
- Intercom group: Group the messages sensibly. (see Intercom > Settings > Intercom Group)
- Subject: Enter a meaningful subject.
- Description: Long text of the message
Sender details
- Sender: User logged in to X-ERP.
- Recipient status: The recipient assigns a current status to the message. This status can be adjusted by the recipient during the processing with the creator. (see Intercom > Settings > Receiver status)
- Duration (hours): Scheduled processing time
- Planned completion: Scheduled completion date
- Completion: Actual completion
- Answer: Text field for answering.
