In the Attachments tab you manage documents that belong to the employee data record. Metadata, resubmission and status ensure that a file is not only stored, but also found and edited.
Employee documents can be particularly sensitive. Before uploading, check the purpose, storage and access rights and avoid unnecessary personal data.
New/Edit dialog
- Info: Central short name of the attachment.
- Resubmission (after the first save): Optional date for later processing; requires a calendar reference from the logged in employee.
- Status (after the first save): Processing status of the attachment.
- Description (after first saving): Formatted long text for content, purpose or work instructions.
- Upload area (after the first save): Captures one or more files by selecting or dragging and dropping.
- Uploaded files: Shows files with actions to download or delete.
Work safely
First create a clearly named attachment, save it and then add the file, status, description and, if necessary, a follow-up.
