Delivery addresses allow for different receiving locations and ensure that goods actually arrive at the correct location.

Your quick start

1. Open that Register delivery addresses in the partner.
2. Check existing records, statuses and relationships before creating or changing anything.
3. Save consciously and control the result in the immediately following process.

Fields

• button Take over from partner address and save: By pressing the button you can quickly create a new delivery address. The matchcode is freely determined by you. The address and contact details are taken from the partner register address and can be supplemented or changed as desired.
• Partners: Partner to which the delivery address belongs.
• Match code: Unique short name of the delivery point, for example main warehouse or plant 2.
• Name 1 / Name 2 / Name 3: Recipient and additional lines of the delivery address.
• Position / title / salutation / first name / last name: Optional personal recipient details.
• Street / additional code / zip code / city / country: Complete postal delivery address.
• Shipping zone: Assigns the address to a zone for shipping planning or freight rules in the web shop. (see Administration > Portal)
• Telephone 1 / Telephone 2 / Mobile / Fax / Email: Contact details for delivery and queries.
• Homepage: Internet address of the delivery point.
• VAT ID: VAT identification number of the delivery address, if otherwise required.
• Keyword: Additional search term.
• Active/Favorite: Controls usability and display preference.
• Show on map: You can use this button to display the saved address directly on the map.

That's what matters

Check recipient, street, country and standard registration number before shipping. An incorrect standard address affects new documents.
