In the Portal tab you control an employee's access to X-ERP.timetracking. The current release status is displayed; the invitation starts the regulated setup process.
Employee register portal
In the Portal tab you control an employee's access to X-ERP.timetracking. The current release status is displayed; the invitation starts the regulated setup process.
Send an invitation only to the right, fully vetted employee. The portal authorization does not replace the assignment of the internal X-ERP user.
Portal control
- X-ERP.timetracking (read-only): Shows whether the employee is already activated for the time recording application.
- Invite to time recording: Opens the invitation dialog in which access is activated or revoked and the invitation is sent.
- Message in the dialog: Shows success, revocation or an error of the invitation process.
Work safely
Check the employee and email address, open the invitation, check the approval and read the response completely.
