Equipment service
Device service connects the customer, specific device, serial number, error pattern, use and parts used to create a complete service history.
Equipment service
The Device Service tab links the receipt to a specific, individualized device. This means that the person responsible and the serial number remain traceable across service, history and other processes.
The serial number determines the actual device affected. Check them on the device or at a reliable source before continuing the service process.
Assignment
- Service manager: Employee responsible for device service.
- Serial number: Clear item individualization of the device; the selection cannot be continued empty.
