Requirements
X-ERP runs as a modern web application in the browser. With a prepared workstation, an up-to-date browser and server access, you can start straight away.
Workstation and screen
X-ERP is fully responsive and can be used on different screen sizes. For efficient work, we recommend a screen resolution of at least 1920 × 1080 pixels. For good readability, screen diagonals of 27 to 42 inches recommended.
Two to three screens are ideal for productive use. If necessary, more screens can be used per workstation.
Browser
Current versions of common modern browsers are supported. For the best compatibility and performance we recommend Google Chrome.
Access to the X-ERP server
Before you log in for the first time, your administrator or specialist dealer must set up access to the X-ERP server. These include the Server address, yours User Access and the ones that are right for your tasks Permissions.
In addition, X-ERP should be configured for your company before you start so that screens, rights, master data and processes fit your area of application.
Accompanied entry
For the first steps, it makes sense to be accompanied by an experienced user, administrator or specialist dealer. In this way, you can get to know the most important processes directly based on your company data and avoid typical starting mistakes.
