Set
In the Set tab you can put together a virtual set item from several components. In addition to the quantities, the list also shows the costs, sales prices and profit calculated from the components.
Register set
In the Set tab you can put together a virtual set item from several components. In addition to the quantities, the list also shows the costs, sales prices and profit calculated from the components.
Information marked “read-only” or “automatic” is for informational purposes. They are defined elsewhere or calculated from transaction data.
Fields in the New/Edit dialog
- Component: Item that is part of the set.
- Quantity factor: Quantity of the component per unit of the set item.
- Free: Sets the price of the component to 0 when it is transferred to a document.
- Dissolve: Indicates that the components in the document are treated as exploded subitems.
- Print component: Controls whether the exploded component should be printed in appropriately configured document outputs.
Columns and calculations in the list
- Position: Order of the component within the set.
- Component: Matchcode of the set component.
- Quantity factor: Quantity per set unit.
- Free / Dissolve / Print Component: Show the control features set in the dialog.
- Cost of goods sold: Cost of one unit of the component.
- Calculated selling price: Calculated selling price of a unit of the component.
- Total cost price: Quantity factor multiplied by the cost of the component.
- Calculated total sales price: Quantity factor multiplied by the calculated sales price of the component.
- Profit: Difference between calculated total sales price and total cost price.
- Total line: Adds total cost price, total calculated sales price and profit of all components.
