In the Local tab, you maintain the country-specific item data of the activated country package, such as for INTRASTAT and customs.

Register Local

In the Local tab, you maintain the country-specific item data of the activated country package, such as for INTRASTAT and customs.

Information marked “read-only” or “automatic” is for informational purposes. They are defined elsewhere or calculated from transaction data.

Intrastat

  • If no data record exists yet, the button sets INTRASTAT at him.

Intrastat fields

  • Country of origin: Country in which the goods have their origin for customs purposes.
  • Commodity code: INTRASTAT or customs tariff code of the item.
  • Type of transport: Type of traffic or transport used or intended as standard.
  • Statistical value EUR: Value of goods including additional costs, such as packaging or contract processing (= value of goods at the border).
  • Customs description: Goods description suitable for customs and foreign trade.
  • Net mass (kg per unit): Mass of a unit of the item
  • Factor special unit of measurement: Factor by which the own mass is multiplied. The basis for this is if the goods code requires an additional unit of measurement in addition to kilograms.

Why are individual fields not changeable?

Read-only values are taken from the item template, another master data page or from transaction data and are used for control purposes.
