Translate a set of rules into a safe process

ELSTER provides processes and technical components such as ERiC and XML data transfer. Which report, fields and deadlines apply must be technically confirmed for the company and period.

This is how X-ERP works in the process

1. Determine the type of report, time period, responsibility and deadline.
2. Check tax-relevant master data, indicators, postings and corrections in X-ERP.
3. Generate the intended export and carry out plausibility checks.
4. Submit with a valid certificate via the approved path.
5. Assign transfer ID, protocol, acceptance or error to the time period.
6. Correct causes in the data and regenerate the message in a controlled manner.

Check before submitting or shipping

• The period and type of report are clear.
• Totals are correct with technical evaluation.
• Certificate is valid and protected.
• Acceptance protocol can be found.

Limits and obligation to check

• Export file is misunderstood as proof of delivery.
• Error is only corrected in XML and remains in X-ERP.
• Expired certificate will only be discovered on the deadline date.
