Double cost estimates distort calculations. Clarify whether cycle, hourly and formula costs work alternatively or together before maintaining multiple values.
Cost basis
- Cost per cycle: Variable cost for a full resource run.
- Setup costs: One-off costs for preparing or retooling a process.
- Cost per hour: Time-related cost rate of the resource.
- Price unit: Reference quantity to which the price or cost rate relates.
Dynamic calculation
- Pricing formula: Optional formula that calculates resource costs from variables.
