Toolbox (Import+Export)

Toolbox (Import+Export) transfers toolbox configurations between environments in a controlled manner and supports versioning and reuse.

Recommended process

1. Clarify the target, affected record and required permissions.
2. Open on desktop Administration the area Toolbox > Toolbox (Import+Export).
3. Capture the Landing page.
4. Choose at Import the file to import.
5. Toolbox report:
6. Save and check the result in the associated follow-up process or in the appropriate list.

Then check

• Master data, status and responsibility are complete and plausible.
• The change is saved and can be found again via search or list.
• The adjacent process accepts the data as expected.
