The changelog shows saved historical states of the item. When you open an entry, the detailed view displays the values that were valid at the time and highlights changes.

The changelog shows saved historical states of the item. When you open an entry, the detailed view displays the values that were valid at the time and highlights changes. All changes in the item master data are logged with date and time. The changed column content is yellow underlined.
About the icon Column selection Fields can be switched on and hidden.
