Contracts
The Contracts tab uses the same columns as the item list, but only filters contract documents. This allows you to identify ongoing agreements, open quantities and economic values of the item.
Register contracts
The Contracts tab uses the same columns as the item list, but only filters contract documents. This allows you to identify ongoing agreements, open quantities and economic values of the item.
Columns
- Doc date: Date of the contract document.
- Doc number: contract number; opens the associated data record.
- Partners: Matchcode of the contractual partner; opens the partner.
- Number: Business partner number.
- Quantity: Agreed position quantity.
- Quantity open: Contract quantity not yet fulfilled.
- Price: Price per price unit.
- Total price: Total value of the contract position.
- Sales: Amount effective in sales.
- Winning amount: Absolute profit or gross profit.
- Profit percentage: Percentage profit share.

Why are individual fields not changeable?
Read-only values are taken from the item template, another master data page or from transaction data and are used for control purposes.
