Partner register contact person

Contact persons transform a company address into reliable communication: X-ERP knows who can be reached for which topic and via which channel.

Only change information whose technical impact you know. Read-only values ​​and evaluation fields are taken from master data, documents or financial postings.

Person and function

• button Take over from partner address and save: By pressing the button, you can quickly create a new contact person. The matchcode is freely determined by you. The address and contact details are taken from the partner register address and can be supplemented or changed as desired.
• Partners: Company or organization to which the person belongs.
• Match code: Short search term for the contact person.
• Position: Function or job title in the company.
• Title: Academic or professional title.
• Salutation: Salutation for personal communication.
• First name / last name: Name of the contact person.
• Street / additional code / zip code / city / country: Optional different address of the contact person.

Accessibility and control

• Phone 1 / Phone 2: Direct phone numbers of the contact person.
• Mobile: Mobile phone number.
• Fax: Personal fax number, if used.
• Email: Personal email address for direct communication.
• Homepage: Personal or function-related internet address.
• Keyword: Additional search term or responsibility indicator.
• Active: Controls whether the person can be selected regularly.
• Favorite: Highlights frequently used contacts.
• Info/Comment: Free internal information about the contact person.
• Email Category: Assigns the person to categories for document or topic-related email distribution (see Administration > Email Initialization > Email Category)

Use a unique matchcode, specify the function and direct communication channel and then select the person as the standard contact if necessary.
