The vacation entitlement history shows which entitlement was saved for an employee in which year. Vacation entitlements are recorded on the desktop management with the desktop button Holiday entitlements. A double click opens the detailed view of the historical entry.
The history serves for traceability. Before making a correction, check whether the current claim or a historical record is affected.
Columns of history
- Year: Year for which the saved entitlement applies.
- Employees: Employee whose claim was logged; The list is already filtered in the opened employee.
- Claim (days): Saved number of vacation days for this year.
- Double click: Opens the historical entry with its detailed information.
- Used (days): Vacation days already used this year.
- Still remaining (days): quantity Claim - already used
Work safely
Compare the year and entitlement, open the detailed data record if there are discrepancies and document corrections via the intended vacation process.
