Resource register production steps

This register shows the use of a resource in production steps. This allows you to immediately see which work plans may be affected by changes to time, quantity, costs or active status.

Review this usage list before deactivating a resource or fundamentally changing its cost and cycle values. The impact can affect multiple production items.

Assignment

• Position: Sequence of resource allocation in the production step.
• Resource: Linked resource number.
• Production step: item or operation in which the resource is used.
• Resource group: Group through which a resource can be technically restricted or alternatively selected.

Performance and costs

• Seconds per cycle: Required resource duration per cycle in this assignment.
• Quantity per cycle: Amount of resources required or provided per cycle.
• Price unit: Reference quantity of the costs.
• Cost per cycle: Variable resource costs of this assignment.
• Setup costs: One-time preparation costs for this assignment.
• Default: Indicates the preferred or default resource allocation.
• New/Edit: Opens the assignment to maintain resource, group, time, quantity and cost in the production step.
