Catalog numbers
In the Catalog numbers tab you can store the external number under which a customer or supplier knows the current item. This makes receipts, searches and data exchange with the partner easier.
Catalog numbers register
In the Catalog numbers tab you can store the external number under which a customer or supplier knows the current item. This makes receipts, searches and data exchange with the partner easier.
Information marked “read-only” or “automatic” is for informational purposes. They are defined elsewhere or calculated from transaction data.
Fields
- Partners: Customer or supplier to whom the external item number applies.
- item (read-only in the dialog): The current item; already specified in the item register.
- Catalog number: External item, catalog or order number of the partner.
- Active: Controls whether the catalog number can continue to be used without deleting the historical association.
